Some have views of the surrounding countryside and Mt. Hood in the distance. Each apartment has its own heating and air conditioning controls, a full kitchen, and large closets. Extra storage is available for those who want it.

Independent Living offers studios, 1-bedrooms and 2-bedroom apartments with a large array of floor plans and prices. In Assisted Living, we have small studios, large Studios and a Cabana.
Yes, of course! All of our apartments are unfurnished. Residents bring their own furniture and decorations, so their apartment feels like home.
Pricing adjustments are evaluated on an annual basis by our management team. These adjustments take into account annual cost of living changes, including those affecting benefits like Social Security.
